Job Description: Locations : Jaipur, Mumbai , Pune , Hyderabad , Chennai , Bangalore, Haryana , HP/JK , Ahmedabad Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Project Sales Specialist to drive sales for large-scale projects. The role involves managing the complete project sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity identification, stakeholder management, negotiations, and deal closure. The candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders. Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions for clients. Lead negotiations and close business opportunities while building long-term customer relationships. Manage and track the sales pipeline through CRM systems. Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure timely product delivery. Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements. Share regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, market trends, and forecasts. Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Prepare project forecasts and budgets. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Sales. Prior experience in industries such as TMT, Cement, Paints, Building Materials, or related sectors preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling complex B2B/project sales cycles. Strong understanding of project management and contract negotiation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
