Requirements 5-8 years of professional experience in Python development with a strong background in backend systems and solution architecture. Proven experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and handling client-facing technical discussions. Hands-on experience with modern Python frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. Job Description As a Technical Lead - Python & Solution Architecture at TISSA Technology, you will design robust system architectures, lead hands-on development, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, guide engineering teams, participate in client meetings, and contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
