Sales Coordinator Corporate Sales Support (Hotel) Location: East of Kailash, Current Delhi Job Type: Full-time (6 Days a Week) Salary: 15,00020,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives Hotel Grand FFOUR is a business hotel in East of Kailash, South Delhi. We host corporate guests from banks, PSUs, pharma companies and multinationals. Our corporate sales executive spends his day out of the office meeting companies. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to sit in the office and run everything around those meetings - fixing the appointments, sending the proposals, and chasing every single one until we get an answer. If you are the kind of person who cannot rest with a pending follow-up on your list, this job is built for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY Fix his meetings - Call companies to set up appointments, so his day is full before he leaves the office - Confirm every appointment the evening before - Ask the right questions before booking a meeting - how many people travel to Delhi in a month, how many nights, which part of the city - so that he only meets companies worth meeting Send the proposals - Prepare and send the rate proposal the same day as the meeting, never the next day - Use our standard rate card and credentials deck - Make sure it reaches the right person, with the right rates, in the right format Chase every proposal until it closes - Follow up on every proposal sent until we get a clear yes or a clear no - No proposal is allowed to simply go quiet - Escalate anything still open after 30 days - we either push it or we close it Keep the pipeline honest - Log every new lead the moment it arrives: company, contact, requirement, and where the lead came from - Move each deal through its stages as it progresses: First Meeting, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, Won or Lost - Update the record the same day, every day, so the manager can see the true position at any time Hand over cleanly - Once a company confirms, pass the details to our client servicing team and to Front Office - Make sure nothing is dropped between the sale and the stay HOW YOUR WORK WILL BE MEASURED You will see your own numbers every Monday. Nothing is subjective and there are no surprises. - Meetings fixed for the sales executive each week: 15 - Proposals sent within 24 hours of the meeting: 100% - Proposals closed to a yes or a no within 14 days: 80% or better - Deals sitting open beyond 30 days: zero unflagged - Pipeline updated the same day, every day: 100% WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 1 to 3 years in sales coordination, sales support, inside sales, presales or telecalling - Comfortable making 15 to 25 calls a day to fix appointments and chase proposals - Fluent and polite in both Hindi and English - you will be speaking to Admin and HR managers at large companies - Able to write a clean, correct proposal email without spelling mistakes - Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Google Forms for most of the day - Organised and persistent by nature Hotel experience is a plus, not a requirement.
