Manager US Tax (Construction) Department: US Tax Industry: Construction / CPA / Tax Consulting Location: Pune | Hyderabad | Bangalore Experience: 7+ Years CTC: Up to 45 LPA Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office | 2 Days Work from Home) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager US Tax with expertise in US Income Tax Compliance for the Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for pass-through entities and corporations while managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality tax compliance services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review US Income Tax Compliance engagements. Handle tax returns for Pass-Through Entities (Form 1065 & Form 1120S) . Support C-Corporation Tax Compliance (Form 1120) . Apply knowledge of US Federal, State, and International Tax regulations. Identify tax issues, assess risks, and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct US tax research and provide technical guidance. Interact directly with clients and manage client expectations. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance assignments. Review work prepared by team members and maintain quality standards. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in US Income Tax Compliance . Strong hands-on experience with: Form 1065 Form 1120S Form 1120 Knowledge of tax software such as: CCH OneSource Caseware ProFx FAS or similar tax applications Strong understanding of US Federal, State, and International Taxation . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup. Education Graduation in any discipline. Preferred Candidate Experience in the Construction industry . Prior experience managing client engagements. Detail-oriented with excellent review and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
