Polymer In Stock is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, building client relationships, lead conversion, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: - Handle inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities. - Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to identify and generate new business opportunities - Convert cold leads into warm opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across international markets. - Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and customer queries to maximize conversions. - Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth lead management and customer communication. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM. - Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements: 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role. Experience in the polymer or plastic raw materials industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers. Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
