Senior Sales Officer HORECA Channel Location: Goa CTC: Up to 7 LPA Experience: Minimum 3 Years Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive sales growth within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs/Catering) channel in Goa. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development across the HORECA channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, and institutional customers. Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends. Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotional activities. Manage customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures. Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
