Job Title: Senior Video Engineer - Multimedia Location: Hybrid, Mumbai- 4 days WFH, 1 day WFO Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM IST) Compensation: 6-9 LPA + Night Shift Allowance Industry : Localization Job Description: The Senior Video Engineer Multimedia is responsible for preparing, adapting, testing, and delivering high-quality localized multimedia and digital content across multiple languages and markets. This role requires strong technical expertise in design and multimedia tools, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and close collaboration with project managers, linguists, and developers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of localized assets. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and adapt multimedia and digital content for localization across multiple languages and regions.Handle and process audio, video, Screen Recording, VTTS, graphics, and interactive learning content for localization and delivery.Perform functional, visual, and linguistic QA on localized content to ensure accuracy, synchronization, and adherence to specifications.Identify risks, missing information, or inconsistencies and proactively communicate them to project stakeholders.Collaborate with Project Managers, linguists, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery.Proactively suggest process improvements, workflow optimizations, and automation opportunities where applicable.Maintain high quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet client and internal requirements.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
