We are looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist to drive outbound lead generation, build strong sales pipelines, and generate qualified business opportunities through multi-channel outreach. Key Responsibilities - Execute outbound campaigns through Cold Email, Cold Calling, and LinkedIn Outreach. - Research and identify potential prospects. - Build and maintain prospect lists. - Conduct discovery calls and book qualified meetings. - Manage outbound email campaigns and follow-up sequences. - Track outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better results. - Maintain accurate records of prospects and outreach activities. Requirements - 13 years of experience in Outbound Sales, SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound role. - Prior experience in cold calling. - Experience conducting discovery calls. - Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience using outbound tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. - Experience with LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
