Candidates from OE / Commercial Vehicle / Heavy Automotive industry Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Quotation preparation, sales order processing, and order management. Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Stores, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders. Act as the single point of contact for customers, the sales team, and service teams for order status and issue resolution. Prepare daily/ monthly sales and collection report. Monthly KPI reports, and Sales forecasts, SIAM Report compilation and comparative with competitors. Maintain regular Sales records, CRM data, and all sales-related documentation physical and digital. Customer accounts reconciliation, Receivables collection as per due dates, ensuring adherence to payment terms and other commercial terms agreed upon for all sales deals. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including not limited to customers, logistics, dealers, internal departments for smooth business operations. Lead CRM modules implementation and ensuring assistance to field team for using CRM and utilising the same. Suggest improvement in CRM as part of continuous improvement of process. Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, workshops, and other business events as required. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and ensure timely resolution. Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards. Checking travel claims of Sales team. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Science MBA Marketing / Digital Marketing added advantage Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes and functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) SAP-B1 knowledge added advantage Key skills required :- Sales, Accounts receivable, CRM, Logistics.
