Job Description Designation: Sr. executive / Commercial & Logistics Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand (Candidates residing within 15 KM preferred) Gender: Male Experience: 56 Years Salary: 32,000 36,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Commercial & Logistics to manage commercial documentation, dispatch operations, transportation coordination, and logistics activities. Commercial Activities Preparation, verification, and processing of Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), invoices, e-way bills, and other commercial documents. Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for smooth documentation flow. Maintain records of invoices, dispatch documents, and commercial transactions. Follow up for pending approvals, documentation, and clearance processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance in commercial documentation. Logistics Activities Coordinate dispatch planning and shipment scheduling. Develop transporter in pan india Prepare Price Comparison of Logistic Cost Arrange transportation vehicles and coordinate with transporters. ( PAN India) Track material movement and ensure timely deliveries. Monitor freight costs and logistics expenses. Handle courier, shipment, and delivery-related issues. Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading activities. Maintain logistics MIS reports and dispatch records. Required Skills Knowledge of commercial documentation and logistics processes. Understanding of GST, invoice processing, and dispatch procedures. Strong knowledge of MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Preferred Industry Manufacturing / Trading / Export-Import / Logistics Industry .
