The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of deposit account opening, banking operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service within a US Banking environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a US Shift and handling high-volume operational activities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Process and review Commercial Banking and Deposit Operations requests. Perform Deposit Account Opening, maintenance, modifications, and account servicing activities. Validate customer documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Process Consumer Lending and Loan Operations requests accurately within defined SLAs. Review customer applications and supporting documents for completeness. Ensure adherence to US banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal procedures. Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support to internal stakeholders. Perform quality checks, data verification, and account reconciliation. Maintain operational reports and update banking systems accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and operational issues. Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
