Horizontal Talent specializes in IT, Digital & Creative, and Business & Strategy staffing solutions, with a global presence across the US, UAE, India, and Malaysia. Job Summary We are seeking an articulate and highly driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead our outbound prospecting efforts in the Australian market. Operating from our Bangalore office during Australian business hours, you will engage high-level IT leaders and corporate executives. Your primary focus is navigating complex corporate structures, overcoming gatekeepers, and scheduling high-quality meetings for our Vice Presidents. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns to enterprise accounts in Australia. Map target organizations to identify key decision-makers within the IT infrastructure. Navigate administrative gatekeepers effectively to connect with VPs and CIOs. Pitch the company value proposition clearly to senior technology executives. Secure and schedule qualified business meetings for the corporate leadership team. Manage outbound email sequencing and LinkedIn networking tools systematically. Document all prospect interactions and profile data accurately in the CRM. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of one to three years of outbound international calling experience. Prior experience targeting the Australian or Asia-Pacific enterprise tech markets. Flawless command of spoken and written English with a neutral accent. Proven capability to engage confidently with C-level and VP-level executives. Strong understanding of corporate IT terminology and software ecosystems. Ability to work early morning shifts to align with Australian time zones. High resilience and capability to handle cold objections productively. Key Performance Indicators Number of qualified meetings booked per month. Percentage of scheduled meetings successfully attended by VPs. Daily outbound call volume and email touchpoints. Pipeline revenue value generated from booked appointments.
