Role Description We are actively building our inside sales team in Noida and are on the hunt for an Inside Sales Executive who wants to make a real impact. Working on-site, you won't just be selling software; you'll be driving the adoption of a next-generation platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads within the legal sector. Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities. Scheduling and coordinating product demonstrations with legal professionals and decision-makers. Presenting platform features and value propositions effectively. Following up on prospects through email, phone, and virtual meetings to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and collaborating with the broader team to refine messaging. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in sales. B2B Expertise: Prior experience in B2B sales is strictly required (experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or LegalTech is a massive plus). The Drive: You are highly motivated, intensely interested in technology, and hungry to grow fast within an expanding team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively and professionally with legal and business stakeholders.
