Role Description The Sales Executive role at Palasa is a full-time, on-site position located in Bangalore Urban. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present Palasas product range, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and sharing product information, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves coordinating with the design and operations teams for order fulfillment, tracking sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies for retail, corporate, and institutional clients. Qualifications - Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer relationship management for B2B and B2C and networking abilities to build and maintain long-term partnerships.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.Basic understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and order management; prior experience in lifestyle, home dcor, or plant-related products is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, travel within Hyderabad as needed, and manage time effectively across multiple client engagements.Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software for reporting and tracking performance.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales can substitute formal education. .
