Sales Co-ordinator Location: Angamali, Kerala Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, sales orders, and related documentation through SAP. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash operations and efficient customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other billing documents accurately and on time.Create, verify, and maintain Sales Orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, taxes, and customer information.Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing of customer orders.Generate and maintain billing records, reports, and transaction documentation in SAP.Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements related to invoicing and billing.Handle customer queries related to billing, invoices, account statements, and payment reconciliations.Assist in tracking receivables and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for resolution of billing discrepancies.Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing information within SAP.Monitor pending orders, invoicing status, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth business operations.Prepare periodic MIS reports related to sales, billing, collections, and customer transactions.Ensure adherence to Company policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.13 years of experience in Billing, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or Finance Operations.Hands-on experience in SAP (SD/MM modules preferred) for Sales Order Processing and Billing activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.Preferred Experience in the Food Ingredients, FMCG, Food Service, or Manufacturing industry.Familiarity with GST invoicing and commercial documentation.Knowledge of order management and customer service processes.Compensation: From 20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person .
