ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM)

You will lead technical decisions and application development within the ServiceNow Software Asset Management ecosystem. This role is on-site. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop ServiceNow applications based on specific business requirements.Configure and implement solutions using ServiceNow Software Asset Management.Lead the team in technical decision-making and cross-team collaboration.Gather and analyze business needs through direct stakeholder engagement.Create technical specifications and design documentation for implementation.Required Skills5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.Experience with ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.Experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.Knowledge of software licensing and compliance.Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.Any Graduate degree with a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.Preferred SkillsExperience with IT Asset Management (ITA) tools. .
