Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Must have skills : Python (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance. This position emphasizes delivering innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing modern technologies and methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow, all within a dynamic and agile environment focused on cloud-first strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). Strong experience in both frontend and backend development frameworks and tools. Ability to design scalable and maintainable code architectures. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies. Experience in agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
