International Sales Manager Knit-i Company: CountAI Private Limited Product: Knit-i AI-powered real-time fabric inspection system for circular knitting machines Location: International / Remote, with frequent travel Employment: Full-time About CountAI CountAI is building AI-powered computer vision systems for manufacturing. Our flagship product, Knit-i, is an AI-based real-time fabric inspection system installed directly on circular knitting machines. Knit-i detects fabric defects in real time and helps manufacturers reduce fabric waste, improve productivity, and reduce dependency on manual inspection. Knit-i is already deployed across multiple countries, with hundreds of machines installed, and we are now expanding aggressively across internationaltextile markets. The Role We are looking for an International Sales Manager to drive the global growth of Knit-i. This is a hunter + relationship builder role. You will identify textile manufacturers, engage factory owners and senior management, understand their production problems, demonstrate the technology, manage trials and evaluations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders. The ideal candidate has experience selling technical B2B products to manufacturing companies and is comfortable speaking with factory owners, plant heads, production managers, and senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities International Business Development - Identify and develop new customers in assigned international markets. - Build a strong pipeline of textile manufacturers and knitting factories. - Conduct outbound prospecting through direct outreach, referrals, exhibitions, industry networks, and channel partners. - Develop relationships with factory owners, CEOs, production heads, technical managers, and purchasing teams. - Understand customer pain points and position Knit-i as a business solution rather than simply a technology product. Sales & Conversion - Conduct product presentations and technical-commercial discussions. - Coordinate machine trials, demonstrations, and customer evaluations. - Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the CountAI team. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to purchase order. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery, installation, and service requirements. - Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Territory Development - Develop a deep understanding of the textile manufacturing ecosystem in the assigned region. - Identify major textile groups, knitting clusters, OEMs, agents, and channel partners. - Build and manage local sales partnerships where appropriate. - Represent CountAI at international textile exhibitions, conferences, and customer events. - Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and close business. Customer & Market Intelligence - Track competitors and market developments. - Gather customer feedback and communicate product requirements to the product and engineering teams. - Identify new applications and opportunities for CountAI's AI-based inspection technology. - Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: - 510+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial technology. - Proven experience selling to factories / manufacturing companies. - Experience with capital equipment, industrial automation, machine vision, industrial IoT, robotics, machinery, textile machinery, or similar technical products is highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close large B2B deals. - Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex sales cycles. - Ability to communicate confidently with senior management and factory owners. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel internationally. - Excellent spoken and written English.
