Job Description As a General Manager - Sales, you will own the business performance and revenue growth for the assigned region. You will lead the sales function, drive operational excellence, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experience and business outcomes. What Youll Own Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Drive customer-centric initiatives and continuously improve the customer journey. Work closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives and market expansion plans. Bachelors degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L management.Strong experience in managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.Experience in interior design, home interiors, real estate, retail, or related industries will be preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-growth environment. .
