LinkedIn and Organic Social Media - Own Comprinno's LinkedIn and organic social-media calendar, publishing cadence, and day-to-day execution across relevant platforms. - Create company and executive content, including thought leadership, customer stories, event coverage, polls, carousels, and short-form video concepts. - Engage with customers, prospects, AWS stakeholders, partners, employees, and industry communities while monitoring comments, mentions, and trends. - Test formats, themes, hooks, calls to action, and publishing times; use performance data to improve reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions. Paid Media and Lead Generation - Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize B2B campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Define audiences, offers, budgets, ad copy, creative requirements, landing pages, and calls to action for lead generation, webinars, content promotion, and retargeting. - Conduct A/B tests across audiences, messaging, creatives, formats, offers, and landing pages while managing campaigns within approved budgets. - Coordinate integrated campaigns across content, paid media, social, email, events, webinars, and partner channels. - Ensure leads are captured, attributed, handed over promptly, and reviewed with sales to improve targeting, messaging, and lead quality. SEO, Website and Customer Stories - Apply SEO and AEO principles to website content, blogs, solution pages, and landing pages, supported by basic keyword, topic, competitor, and search-intent research. - Coordinate website updates and improve existing content based on relevance, engagement, search performance, and conversions. - Turn customer outcomes into credible case studies, proof points, campaign content, and sales-enablement assets. Analytics and Marketing Operations - Maintain dashboards, campaign calendars, budget trackers, performance reports, and organized asset repositories. - Track content, social, paid media, website, lead, opportunity, and pipeline metrics wherever attribution is available. - Prepare regular performance updates that explain results, identify learnings, and recommend clear next actions. Required Qualifications and Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, social media, paid media, or an integrated marketing role. - Strong writing, editing, proofreading, research, and business-storytelling skills across long- and short-form formats. - Demonstrated experience managing a B2B LinkedIn presence and executing organic social-media programs. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms, including targeting, budgeting, testing, optimization, and reporting. - Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimization. - Ability to interpret campaign data, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Preferred Qualifications - Experience marketing AWS, cloud, DevOps, GenAI, cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise-technology solutions. - Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM and marketing-automation platform, plus tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Semrush, Ahrefs, or Canva. - Exposure to account-based marketing, AWS partner marketing, MDF-funded campaigns, webinars, or industry events. - Understanding of lead attribution, marketing-qualified leads, pipeline influence, and marketing ROI. Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
