Your Role As an SAP CO Lead, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions for global clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial controlling requirements, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) solution design, configuration, and implementation. Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and provide solution recommendations. Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Allocations, Product Costing, and Period-End Closing processes. Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, PP, SD, and other related modules. Perform fit-gap analysis and provide innovative business solutions. Drive system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Mentor and guide junior consultants while providing functional leadership across projects. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Your profile Required Skills & Experience: 10 to 18 years of SAP Controlling (CO) consulting experience. Minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong hands-on expertise in: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing Allocations Period-End Closing Activities Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions. Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes and best practices. Experience in client-facing consulting and solution architecture roles. Good knowledge of integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and work in a global delivery environment. SAP S/4HANA certifications will be an added advantage.
