What You'll Do Analyze game requirements in collaboration with developers and game designers.Develop and complete comprehensive test strategies, build test cases, and report defects.Partner with the SIT Manager and Team Leads for effective test planning and execution.Build and implement specific test cases based on game requirements and team requests.Ensure alignment with established standards and market regulations.Prepare and modify game code for extended automated testing.Apply tools and frameworks to collect memory metrics and core dumps.Work closely with the Game Development team to resolve issues during SIT test cycles.Maintain effective communication with Development and QA teams throughout the testing phase.Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and test cases.Ensure uniform compliance across all games by maintaining established test cases.Quickly adapt to team demands and find opportunities for automation to improve test efficiency.Measure performance by game quality and time to market. What We're Looking For Minimum of 4+ years of software testing experience.Proven skills in developing and implementing test scenarios.Strong knowledge of Structured Testing Techniques, impact analysis, regression testing, and test reporting.Solid understanding of SDLC and software engineering principles.Good knowledge of Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD concepts, SDLC practices, and modern engineering collaborationFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, windows, Unity, and automation tools.Experience in automation is advantageous.Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science (B.Tech/BE/MCA).Experience in Slot Game Testing preferred.Certification in Software Testing or related fields is advantageous.Product testing experience in distributed teams.Ability to collaborate with developers to assess code changes.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Functional Automation Tools (such as Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber) is an advantage.Understanding of the Gaming domain, compliance, and regulations is preferred.
