Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Indore. The Commission Sales Associate will identify prospective clients, present Unicorn Research Firms research and consulting services, and build long-term relationships that drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and in-person meetings, preparing proposals, and following up consistently to close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with research and operations teams to understand offerings, and providing feedback on client needs and market trends. The position is commission-based, and performance will directly influence earning potential, with clear targets and incentives for high achievers.
