JOB DESCRIPTION DOMESTIC SALES FROZEN VEGETABLES Position Executive / Senior Executive Domestic Sales Department Sales & Marketing Industry FMCG Frozen Vegetables Location Factory, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh Experience 36 Years Reporting To Sales Head / Management Job Purpose To drive domestic sales of frozen vegetables by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets and expanding the company's domestic market. Key Responsibilities Develop and achieve monthly and annual domestic sales targets. Identify and develop new customers, distributors, wholesalers, institutional buyers and food-service customers. Manage existing customer relationships and generate repeat business. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders and regular follow-ups. Coordinate with Production, QA, Cold Storage, Dispatch and Accounts for timely order fulfilment. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements. Follow up on customer payments and outstanding amounts. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution. Prepare regular sales, customer and market reports for management. Conduct customer and market visits as required for business development. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of FMCG / Frozen Food sales. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting. Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments. Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
