Position Overview Job Title: Sales Executive B2BDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation: Puducherry / Chennai / Field-Based (India)Employment Type: Full-Time Core Responsibilities B2B Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B accounts, including solar system integrators, EPC contractors, battery manufacturers, and regional distributors.Product Pitching: Effectively present the technical and commercial advantages of premium Solar Charge Controllers and Hybrid Inverters to key decision-makers.Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to commercial negotiations and closure.Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with existing accounts to ensure high retention and repeat orders.Market Mapping: Track regional market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to seize new business opportunities.Field Activities: Travel extensively across assigned territories for client meetings, site visits, and industry exhibitions. Candidate Profile & Requirements Education: Any Graduate (A background in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energy is advantageous).Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within Solar, Power Electronics, Batteries, Inverters, Charge Controllers, or Renewable Energy products.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable understanding and explaining basic electrical and solar concepts (e.g., battery systems, inverter capacities).Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in any regional Indian language (such as Tamil) is highly preferred to handle local clients.Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a strong willingness to engage in extensive field travel.
