Job Title: Senior Azure Logic Apps Developer Integration & Manufacturing Systems Employment Type: Contract 6 months, with potential full-time conversion Experience: 58 Years Location: Bangalore Hybrid Work Hours: US & UK Time Zone Alignment Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Azure Logic Apps Developer with strong enterprise integration experience to design, develop, maintain, and support secure, scalable, and highly reliable cloud integration solutions. The role involves integrating SAP ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and B2B partner ecosystems using Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid, SAP integrations, EDI, XML/JSON transformations, and preferably BizTalk-to-Azure migration. Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Azure Integration Development Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services. Develop workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, APIM, and Event Grid. Develop and manage REST APIs and SOAP web services. Implement authentication, authorization, security policies, and throttling in APIM. Build secure, scalable, and highly available integration solutions. Data Transformation Develop transformations using XML, JSON, XSD, and XSLT. Create schemas, mappings, validation rules, and transformation logic. Normalize data between internal and external systems. Troubleshoot mapping, validation, and interface issues. SAP Integration Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Work with SAP IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and OData services. Ensure reliable data exchange between SAP and enterprise applications. MES & LIMS Integration Develop interfaces connecting enterprise applications with MES and LIMS. Support low-latency and highly available manufacturing data flows. Troubleshoot integration issues impacting manufacturing operations. B2B / EDI Develop and maintain B2B integrations with external partners. Work with EDI X12, EDIFACT, and AS2. Support supply-chain, logistics, distributor, and partner integrations. BizTalk-to-Azure Migration Participate in BizTalk Server migration projects. Convert BizTalk orchestrations, maps, and pipelines into Azure-native workflows. Analyze legacy integrations and identify modernization opportunities. Support migration testing, validation, and deployment. Production Support & DevOps Monitor integration workflows and troubleshoot production failures. Perform root-cause analysis for messaging, connectivity, transformation, and performance issues. Support CI/CD using Azure DevOps. Manage deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments. Documentation Prepare technical specifications, interface mappings, data-flow diagrams, and operational documentation. Maintain documentation required for regulated/GxP environments. Mandatory Technical Skills Azure Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Event Grid, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IDocs, RFC, BAPI, OData, MES, LIMS, EDI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, BizTalk Server, Azure DevOps, CI/CD. Industry & Compliance Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or regulated manufacturing. Exposure to GxP, FDA, MHRA, Computerized System Validation (CSV), data integrity, and validation requirements is desirable. Education & Certifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent. Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or relevant Azure Integration certifications are preferred.
