Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Senior/Lead Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Test Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The role involves leading the development, implementation, and optimization of ATE programs for semiconductor devices, including test plan creation, test vector development, and characterization for production and validation. The engineer will collaborate closely with design, product, and manufacturing teams to define test requirements, improve test coverage, support yield improvement, and resolve test-related issues in NPI and high-volume production. Daily responsibilities include debugging test failures, analyzing data, driving continuous improvement in test methodologies, documenting test procedures, and mentoring junior engineers on best practices. The role also requires adherence to quality standards, support for customer requirements, and active participation in project planning and technical reviews.
