Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Testing and Validation Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Testing and Validation Engineer will plan, develop, and execute test procedures for vehicle systems and components, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing validation plans, performing functional and regression tests, analyzing test data, identifying root causes of issues, and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions. The role also involves documenting test results, maintaining validation reports, supporting continuous improvement of testing frameworks, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality and manufacturing standards.
