Role Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for designing, building, and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. This role will drive secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery while providing technical leadership and hands-on contribution across cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, containerization, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Cloud DevOps team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Design, deploy, manage, and support cloud infrastructure using Azure OR AWS, including provisioning, lifecycle management, scalability, and recovery support.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure deployment and management.Design, build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab OR Jenkins OR GitHub Actions OR Azure DevOps.Drive automation initiatives and develop infrastructure and operational automation using Python OR Shell scripting and Terraform.Implement and support containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Establish and maintain DevOps best practices to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes, improve release quality, and accelerate delivery cycles.Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled development and DevOps capabilities, including GitHub Copilot OR AI technologies, to improve productivity and automation.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
