Technobotix Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is an innovation-driven engineering company. Key Responsibilities - Assist in assembly operations of mechanical systems and components under supervision. - Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T; (Geometric Dimensions & Tolerating) principles. - Work with suppliers for new component developmentensuring quality, timelines, and coordination. - Use various mechanical tools and power tools safely and effectively. - Work with materials (metals, plastics) and apply basic material knowledge in practical tasks. - Use measurement and inspection instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, etc.) to verify parts meet specifications. - Understand and assist in manufacturing processes: VMC / CNC machining, turning, milling, EDM, sheet metal work, surface treatments (electroplating, powder coating, laser cutting, bending, marking). - Learn basic metallurgy and heat treatment processes, their effects on material properties. - Support continuous improvement initiativesidentify areas for process optimization and efficiency. - Maintain documentation: component specs, inspection logs, process sheets, deviations, supplier records. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills Educational - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Production / Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent). - Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of relevant internship / hands-on experience is an advantage. Technical Skills - Good ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.; - Familiarity with mechanical tools (Allen keys, screwdrivers, wrenches, cutters, etc.). - Basic knowledge of materials (metals, plastics) and how they behave under various conditions. - Competency using measuring / inspection instruments accurately. - Understanding (or willingness to learn) manufacturing processes: machining (lathe, milling, VMC), sheet metal, EDM, surface treatment. - Basic understanding of metallurgy / heat treatment processes and their effects on materials. .
