We are looking for an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to drive the design and execution of civil infrastructure on material handling and onshore oil & gas projects. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in RCC works and civil foundations, combined with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with international engineering standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Engineering - Lead the design and execution of RCC works and civil foundations for material handling and onshore oil & gas projects - Review and approve engineering drawings, plans, and specifications - Manage coordination across engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery - Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies Project & Team Management - Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and deliverable timelines - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and civil teams - Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and European standards Compliance & Reporting - Ensure all projects comply with applicable local and international engineering standards and regulations - Implement and monitor safety standards and procedures across all site activities - Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders Client & Stakeholder Communication - Attend client meetings to present project progress and resolve technical queries - Facilitate clear interdisciplinary communication across engineering, procurement, and construction teams REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE Technical expertise - RCC design and civil foundations (core requirement) - Material handling project delivery - Onshore oil & gas infrastructure - European engineering standards - Structural analysis & design Software proficiency - STAAD Pro - TEKLA Structures - MAT3D - AutoCAD (preferred) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Solid written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and cross-functional engagement - Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management - Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams - High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety .
