The candidate should have strong expertise in developing document templates, configuring Thunderhead/SMARTCOMM solutions, managing document repositories, integrating complex data models, and supporting end-to-end document production. Key Responsibilities Design and develop sophisticated document templates, layouts, and Business Objects (BO) based on functional and business requirements.Develop and maintain document automation and output management solutions using Thunderhead / SMARTCOMM.Configure Thunderhead/SMARTCOMM environments and manage deployment of packaged resources across Development, Testing, and Production environments.Work with complex data models, XML, JavaScript, and SQL for document generation and processing.Perform DOM Repository maintenance and develop SQL scripts for document metadata creation, modification, and management.Develop and execute unit test cases and support functional/integration testing.Validate APIs and web services using tools such as SOAPUI and Postman.Troubleshoot document production, integration, repository, and deployment issues.Collaborate with designers, system integrators, application/support teams, and business stakeholders.Work effectively in Agile/SCRUM/SAFe environments.Maintain technical documentation and project artifacts using JIRA and Confluence.Use tools such as FileZilla and PuTTY for file transfer, server access, and deployment/support activities.
