Position : CRM Developer JOB Role: The role of CRM Software Developer will be to work on our core operations platform which utilizes CRM Software and GP. Tasks include design, code, test, and analysis. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle, working with Microsoft technologies (TFS, .NET, SQL Server, C#, Visual Studio, etc.). The software developer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required. Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities: Participate in the full software development lifecycle to include requirements analysis, design, coding, debugging, verification and validation, and maintenance of enterprise application Analyze and document software requirements, clarifications, use cases, design specifications, and create and implement software code and test plans Work as implementing and delivering software according to customer requirements and specifications Effectively communicate task progress, problems/risks, and design ideas and product owner and provide technical leadership for tasks and/or junior peers Requirements: Experience with a CRM application, preferably in Dynamics CRM .NET and C# Minimum 1 years experience Must have database development experience Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment while learning recent concepts and software is necessary Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated and directed Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Previous experience with Dynamics GP or another Dynamics ERP is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft products including: VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services, SharePoint Portal Server is a plus Visual Studio 2015 Experience would be helpful Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Suite is a plus Benefits: - Fixed Shift Timings - 5 days working only - Saturday and Sunday fixed off. - Fixed Salary on Time. - 10% to 20% hike on last drawn salary.
