Job Description: Senior Manager / AGM Performance Marketing & Marketing Technology (Designation Offered Will Depend On Candidate's Skills & Experience) Role Overview: The ideal candidate will lead performance marketing across projects. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through performance marketing and lead nurturing initiatives; planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns; optimizing marketing spend based on insights and leading tech-enabled initiatives to enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Facebook/Google, Affiliate Ads, Display, Web, etc.) to achieve short- and long-term business goals, measuring performance against ROI and KPIs. Collaborate with business teams to build city- and category-level plans, manage digital marketing infrastructure (Tag Management, Campaign Tracking, Analytics, Attribution, Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools), and optimize spend and performance via experiments and conversion tests. Work closely with Presales teams to driver desired results. Improve lead, walkin and booking performance through continuous optimization Manage agency partners and media budgets Lead experimentation using A/B testing and conversion optimization Build audience segmentation and remarketing strategies Collaborate with CRM and Presales teams to improve Lead-to-Visit and Visit-to-Booking conversions Marketing Technology: Evaluate and implement new AI /MarTech platformsDrive automation across marketing workflowsImprove lead routing, attribution and campaign measurementIntegrate CRM, CDP and marketing platforms for seamless data flowPartner with IT on platform integrations and API-based marketing solutionsIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through technology AI & Innovation: Drive adoption of Generative AI across marketing functionsBuild AI-powered workflows for : Campaign optimizations, Creative analysis, Competitor intelligence, Reporting automation, Customer journey optimization and Predictive lead scoringEvaluate emerging AI tools and recommend pilotsWork with IT teams or vendors to implement AI solutionsBuild internal AI agents for various departments & scale them.
