Job Description - Assist the Duty Engineer in the day to day activities of the operations and maintenance / repair of all engineering related plants, equipment, building services, general installations work carried out by the Engineering Department. - Ensure to maintain quality of work in order to meet the prescribed standards - Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment as per the standards. - Perform work required for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems for the property. - To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department. - Ensure to possess a thorough knowledge of electrical system of the property, the circuits, present loads and possible limits of new loads and adhere to the set standards Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of prior experience. - Diploma / Relevant degree. - Robust interpersonal and problem solving abilities - Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities. - Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. - Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset .
