Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close business. Develop long-term relationships with enterprise customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Key Account Management Manage key corporate accounts and grow existing business. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution. CRM & Sales Discipline Maintain 100% CRM compliance. Update meetings, calls, quotations, and follow-ups daily. Maintain sales forecasts and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports. Coordination Work closely with the Zonal Sales Manager. Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Design, and Accounts teams. Eligibility Experience 610 years of B2B corporate sales experience. Minimum 3 years of continuous service in at least one organization (mandatory). Proven experience managing enterprise/corporate accounts. Education Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred. Mandatory Requirements Proven sales track record with measurable achievements. Strong corporate client base across South India. Experience in one or more of Softberry's product categories. Strong CRM knowledge and reporting discipline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively.
