About Bharat Organic Expo Bharat Organic Expo is a B2B platform connecting brands, manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and industry stakeholders across Organic Food, AYUSH & Wellness, Agriculture, Natural Living, GreenTech and allied sectors. Role Overview We are looking for a target-driven B2B Sales Manager to drive domestic exhibitor acquisition, stall/space sales and sponsorship revenue . The role involves managing the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and client meetings to negotiation, closure and payment realization . Key Responsibilities Drive domestic exhibition stall/space and sponsorship sales . Identify and acquire exhibitors across target industry segments. Generate leads through B2B databases, LinkedIn, calling, email, references and industry networks . Connect with decision-makers including Founders, Directors, Marketing and Business Heads. Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals and negotiations. Manage the complete funnel: Lead Meeting Proposal Negotiation Booking Payment . Achieve monthly and exhibition-wise revenue targets. Develop key accounts, repeat exhibitors and upselling opportunities . Maintain strong follow-ups, CRM updates and sales pipeline. Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Operations and Finance for exhibitor onboarding. Share sales forecasts, market intelligence and daily/weekly activity reports. KRAs / KPIs Revenue Achievement | Stall/Space Sales | New Exhibitor Acquisition | Sponsorship Revenue | Lead-to-Booking Conversion | Key Accounts | Repeat Business | Average Deal Value | Payment Realization | Pipeline & CRM Compliance Ideal Candidate Graduate; MBA/PGDM Sales & Marketing preferred . 3-6 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience . Exhibition, trade fair, event or sponsorship sales experience strongly preferred. Proven track record in stall/space selling, exhibitor acquisition and target achievement . Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building and closing skills. Existing industry/exhibitor network will be an advantage. Experience in Organic, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, AYUSH, Wellness, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, Personal Care or AgriTech is an added advantage.
