Job Description Sales Coordinator (RECD) Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: RECD / Emission Control Systems Location: Noida Sector-8 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support RECD sales operations through client coordination, quotations, order processing, follow-ups, documentation, and development of new Business Partners (BDPs) . The candidate will coordinate with clients, business partners, sales, production, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients regarding RECD requirements, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules . Identify and develop new Business Partners (BDPs) for RECD sales and market expansion. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential BDPs and build long-term business relationships. Share product information, company profiles, quotations, and business proposals with prospective BDPs. Maintain a database of new and existing BDPs, leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities . Coordinate with BDPs regarding client requirements, quotations, orders, and project status. Prepare and maintain quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documents . Follow up with clients/BDPs for pending POs, payments, documents, and order confirmations . Coordinate with Production regarding order status and expected completion dates. Coordinate with Dispatch for timely material dispatch and delivery documentation . Coordinate with the Service/Technical team for installation and commissioning requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/MIS reports . Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, BDPs, orders, dispatches, and pending activities. Assist the sales team in preparing BDPs, business proposals, presentations, and sales documentation . Handle routine client/BDP queries and ensure timely escalation of technical or commercial issues. Support management in expanding the RECD dealer/business partner network . Perform other sales coordination and business development activities assigned by management. Key Skills Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Strong business development and networking skills . Good follow-up and negotiation abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MIS reporting . Strong documentation and coordination skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and Business Partners . Basic understanding of industrial sales and RECD products is preferred. Key Performance Areas (KRA) New BDP/Business Partner development and onboarding. Number and quality of new business opportunities generated through BDPs. Effective client and BDP follow-ups. Timely preparation of quotations and sales documentation. Smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Service teams. Timely submission of sales/MIS reports. Achievement of assigned sales and business development targets. Expansion and maintenance of the RECD Business Partner network . Preferred Candidate Experience: 13 years in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Business Development / Industrial Sales Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
