Job Summary We are looking for a agile and experienced Senior Sales and Operations Executive in the Travel & Tourism industry who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to customers. - Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries. - Convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Develop strong relationships with clients and corporate customers. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with operations team for smooth travel arrangements. - Provide excellent customer service before and after booking. - Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. - 36 years experience in Travel & Tourism Sales. - Good knowledge of international destinations, visa process, and travel packages. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Experience using travel CRM systems is an advantage. Preferred Skills - Corporate travel handling experience. - Strong networking and client management ability. - Problem-solving and customer service skills.
