Job Purpose The candidate must have a good understanding of interior designing and home dcor. The role involves providing professional consultation to customers by understanding their requirements and helping them select the most suitable dcor elements, products, colours, furnishings, and other solutions that complement their homes. Salary 31,852/- + TA + Incentives Educational Qualification & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Interior Designing, Fine Arts, or any creative field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of MS Office.Fluency in English and the local language.Minimum 3 months of sales experience.Strong understanding and interest in interior designing and home dcor.Main Responsibilities Provide complete solutions to customers regarding colours, dcor, furnishings, and interior requirements, while understanding their needs and incorporating the existing features of their homes.Use various tools, technologies, and design software to help customers choose from a wide range of products and furnishing solutions.Ensure that fitted furniture is included in all DS (Design Solution) sites, wherever applicable.Work in a retail environment (AP Homes) and engage professionally with customers across different age and income groups.Work for 8.5 hours per day, 6 days a week.Consult customers by creating a stress-free, enjoyable, and professional experience.Maintain proper grooming, professional etiquette, and customer service standards at all times.Maintain a healthy working environment and effectively contribute to team-based tasks and activities.Complete and submit daily reports and required documentation accurately and on time.Actively participate in tasks, activities, and projects in line with store requirements.Maintain discipline and strictly adhere to work timings, software usage, and design processes.Ensure proper usage of the required design software for DS sites and maintain accuracy in all design-related activities.Compensation: From 31,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
