The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with prospective clients, arranging product demonstrations, following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business. We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, quick to learn, and ready to adapt to new technologies and business processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up with prospective clients and leads.Arrange and coordinate software/product demonstrations and client meetings.Understand SaaS products and confidently explain their features and benefits to customers.Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.Maintain and update lead, customer, and sales records.Coordinate between clients, sales, product, and technical teams.Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.Follow up with clients regarding proposals, demos, negotiations, and closures.Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.Conduct market and competitor research.Assist with customer onboarding and product training when required.Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of all sales activities.Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.Confident and professional personality.Highly presentable with good interpersonal skills.Interest in software sales, SaaS products, and digital solutions.Good convincing and negotiation skills.Sharp mind with a quick-learning ability.Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Target-oriented and proactive approach.Freshers Are Welcome Freshers can also apply.
