Job Description: Testing Architect We are looking for a Testing Architect with 5+ years of experience who can define, build, and lead end-to-end testing strategies for complex software products. The ideal candidate should be able to design scalable testing frameworks, work closely with stakeholders, guide QA teams, and ensure the product works smoothly across different platforms, devices, integrations, and user scenarios. This role requires a strong mix of technical testing expertise, framework design experience, stakeholder collaboration, and quality leadership. Key Responsibilities Design and own the end-to-end testing strategy for web, mobile, API, backend, and integrated product workflows.Build, maintain, and improve scalable testing frameworks for manual, automated, functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure complete product quality.Understand business requirements, technical specifications, user journeys, and platform behavior to define comprehensive test coverage.Ensure smooth working of the product across different platforms, browsers, devices, operating systems, environments, and integrations.Define test plans, test cases, test data strategies, automation scope, release criteria, and quality gates.Lead test execution, defect management, root cause analysis, and release readiness activities.Drive automation best practices using suitable tools and frameworks.Establish testing standards, QA processes, documentation practices, and reporting mechanisms.Monitor quality metrics, testing progress, defect trends, and release risks.Mentor QA engineers and provide technical guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.Identify process gaps and continuously improve testing efficiency, product reliability, and release confidence.Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Engineering.Strong experience designing testing strategies, QA processes, and automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing across web, mobile, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and release management processes.Experience with functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, UAT, smoke testing, sanity testing, and exploratory testing.Experience working with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, Rest Assured, JMeter, or similar.Ability to define test coverage based on business requirements, technical architecture, and user workflows.Strong understanding of defect lifecycle, test reporting, risk analysis, and quality metrics.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate quality risks clearly.Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and leadership skills.Compensation: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
