Role Overview As a specialist decision intelligence engineer, you will ensure that the applications and platforms are reliable, secure, and perform efficiently, while also driving modernization and continuous improvement efforts. This position is vital for upholding high standards of application quality, compliance, and operational excellence. What will you do in this role Gain a deep understanding of our system operations, scalability, interactions, and failures to identify improvement opportunities and risks. Use software engineering and solution architecture best practices to create tools and automation that reduce operational overhead and eliminate manual tasks. Establish frameworks, processes, and standard methodologies to enhance operational maturity, team efficiency, and accelerate innovation. Define meaningful and actionable reliability metrics to track and improve system and service reliability. Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems Collaborate with practitioners to drive adoption of the Technology Engineering practice roadmap within the products where you work. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
