The Service Desk Analyst Engineering Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves providing first-line technical support to internal teams and external customers, logging and triaging incidents, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation to engineering teams. The analyst will investigate issues related to brand protection services, analyze logs and data, and document findings in clear, structured formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to support tickets, communicating status updates, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and maintaining knowledge base articles for recurring issues. The role also requires adherence to service-level commitments, continuous improvement of support processes, and contributing feedback to enhance Bytescares automation and protection capabilities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for incident investigation, data interpretation, and problem-solving.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear ticket documentation, stakeholder updates, and collaboration with engineering and customer-facing teams.Candidates should possess understanding of Finance basics to interpret client impact, prioritize issues, and support commercial or billing-related queries when needed.Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, incident management tools usage, and familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries professionally, maintain empathy, and ensure a positive support experience.Relevant qualifications include a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Additional beneficial skills include experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk), basic scripting or SQL for data checks, knowledge of cybersecurity or brand protection concepts, and the ability to work in rotating shifts if required. .
