Essential Requirements 510 years of sales or business development experience At least 5 years in medical devices, IVD, healthcare, or life sciences Experience selling professional, technical, certification, or quality services Proven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting Experience generating leads and meetings at industry trade shows Fluent English and Hindi The Role This is an outbound-focused recent business development position responsible for generating opportunities for quality and certification services among medical device and IVD manufacturers in India. The service portfolio includes: CE marking support ISO certification services MDSAP services Quality and regulatory compliance services Most of your time will be dedicated to identifying target manufacturers, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and developing a qualified pipeline for the technical sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound prospecting by phone, email, and Linked In Identify and engage medical device and IVD manufacturers Connect with C-suite executives, quality leaders, and regulatory decision-makers Generate qualified online and trade-show meetings Build target-account lists and prospect databases Execute structured follow-up and lead-nurturing campaigns Qualify opportunities before handover to the technical sales team Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline .
