Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports. - Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives. Set clear team goals and monitor performance against KPIs. Required Qualifications Any Bachelors degree 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Preferred Skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
