Our all-in-one agentic platform helps financial institutions drive conversion, retention, and cross-sell across mortgage and deposit products.We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who can help shape the next generation of CRM and customer engagement technology for the banking and financial services ecosystem.Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key fintech/SaaS products.- Drive the complete product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and optimization.- Use customer insights and data to prioritize features and continuously improve the product.- Work on CRM, customer engagement, conversion, retention, and cross-sell capabilities.- Track product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve adoption and business outcomes.Required Skills & Experience : - 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.- Strong experience in defining product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution.- Excellent understanding of the B2B SaaS product lifecycle.- Experience working closely with engineering and UX/UI teams.- Comfortable working with US customers and US time zones, including late-evening calls from India.Good to Have : - Fintech experience - strongly preferred.- US Banking / Financial Services experience - a major advantage.- Experience with mortgage, deposits, lending, CRM, customer engagement, or banking technology.- Previous experience in Fintech or SaaS product environments.- Experience building or working with AI/Agentic AI-powered products.- Experience with products focused on conversion, retention, cross-sell, or customer lifecycle management.What You'll Get : - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech products.- Exposure to US banking and financial services customers.- Opportunity to shape the next generation of CRM and customer engagement technology.- .
