## Executive Commercial ### Role Overview BVG India is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Commercial to join their team in Pune. The role involves managing commercial operations, vendor coordination, contract management, and supporting the procurement and billing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service-oriented environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day commercial activities including billing, invoicing, and vendor payments - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and work orders - Review and verify commercial documentation such as contracts, agreements, and rate cards - Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve commercial disputes and discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies - Assist in preparation of MIS reports, cost analysis, and commercial summaries for management review - Support tendering and contract renewal processes as required - Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections ### Requirements / Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field - Between two and four years of experience in a commercial, procurement, or finance-related role - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word - Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage - Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Prior experience in facilities management, services, or similar industries is preferred ### About the Company BVG India is a leading integrated facility management and services company offering a wide range of support services including housekeeping, security, mechanized cleaning, and workforce solutions.
