Job Purpose: Sales Officer Gold Loan is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Gold Loan Customers from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Gold Loan business. Key Accountabilities: Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation. Branch leads follow up and conversion. Conversion of leads to logins. Achieving assigned monthly productivity Sourcing quality portfolio Job Duties & Responsibilities: Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers & value on a daily basis. Area mapping of the assigned area for identifying the potential of the area. Activity based lead creation for acquisition of NTB customers. Log daily leads in the lead management system Meet minimum 10 new customers daily and record DSR (Daily Sale Report) both digitally & physically. Smooth onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring appropriate coordination with branch staff. Properly educate customers about scheme details / interest servicing / renewals. Maintain diary & always keep your appointed time & dates promptly. Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system /process changes required, to respective verticals. Experience Requirements: Relevant Experience Minimum: 3 months to 2 Years of Gold Loan / Sales Experience Core Competencies & Skills Sales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain Expertise Sales & Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings, Closely work with Branch Team Objection handling, Product knowledge. .
