Role OverviewHub and Oak is looking for a driven and well-presented Residential Sales Advisor to manage the sale and purchase of residential properties across South Delhi. The role involves generating leads, sourcing suitable properties, advising buyers and sellers, conducting site visits and managing transactions from initial enquiry to closure. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on buying, selling and investing in residential properties. Source builder floors, apartments, independent houses, plots and luxury residences. Build relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, developers and local brokers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Conduct property presentations, site visits and negotiations. Generate leads through referrals, databases, property portals and local networking. Obtain and verify property details, pricing, ownership documents and availability. Assist clients with negotiations, documentation, due diligence and transaction closure. Track property prices, inventory and market trends across South Delhi. Maintain an updated CRM database of clients, properties and ongoing transactions. Candidate Requirements4 years plus of experience in residential real estate sales Strong knowledge of South Delhi localities and residential property markets. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with HNIs, business owners and senior professionals. Strong sales orientation with the ability to independently close transactions. Professional appearance and client-handling skills. Comfortable working on weekends and attending property visits as required. Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel and property portals. Preferred ExperienceExperience selling builder floors or luxury residential properties in South Delhi. Existing relationships with property owners, local brokers and investors. Knowledge of areas such as Defence Colony, Greater Kailash, Vasant Vihar, Panchsheel Park, Hauz Khas, New Friends Colony and South Extension.
